STONEHAVEN ART CLUB

Meetings and Events

Programme of Events

From April to November each year the club holds a series of monthly evening meetings and monthly workshops on a Saturday. Subject to space, visitors are welcome to join both evening meetings and workshops.

COVID-19

Please note that as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, all the planned meetings,  events and sadly the annual exhibition are on hold.  As soon as it clear that social gatherings can happen again (or we can put in place suitable precautions), we will resume the Workshops and Evening Events.

Evening Events

We meet on the second Wednesday of April, May, June, September, October and November in the Invercarron Resource Centre Low Wood Road Stonehaven, from 7.30pm until 9.30pm when members and visitors can come along and see a demo by a practising artist, or a talk on an art-related topic, with visuals and usually plenty of questions.  Tea / coffee is served and visitors are most welcome – £2.50

Annual Exhibition

The highlight of the club calendar is the Annual Exhibition.  In 2020, as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, rather than being a physical exhibition in the Upper Town Hall, the club went ‘virtual’.  View the Gallery of images from the exhibition (many still for sale).
