This form allows you to enter work into the Stonehaven Art Club Exhibition.  You can have up to three items in the Exhibition, up to 6 works in the racks, 3 of which may be prints, certified as meeting the standards set forth by the Fine Art Trade Guild (FATG) and up to 50 cards.
