Annual Exhibition 2026 - Entry Form

This form allows you to enter work into the Stonehaven Art Club Exhibition.  You can have up to three items in the Exhibition, up to 6 works in the racks, 3 of which may be prints, certified as meeting the standards set forth by the Fine Art Trade Guild (FATG) and up to 50 cards.

How to submit your entry / entries?

Follow through the form answering the questions; a * denotes a required field

Next, enter info on up to three (3) framed artworks that you would like to enter into the Exhibition. Note that artworks should not have been entered previously into the Stonehaven Art Club exhibition. Please see the Framing Rules for guidance on how to prepare and present your exhibition entries.

For prices of artworks, please only use the amount, there is no need to put a £ sign before the price.

Now, enter info on up to six (6) mounted artworks that you would like to be displayed in the browsers at the exhibition. Mounted entries should be covered in cellophane and labelled as per the Framing Rules.

Are you available to help with hanging the pictures for the Exhibition? This would require some people to climb step ladders, whilst others would be handing up works to be hung. This would be from 10am on Friday 16th Oct to approx 1pm. Lunch will be provided.

I confirm that I have read and understood the entry rules. Entries not adhering to the rules may be prohibited from the Exhibition at the discretion of the Committee.
